BUDAPEST | Travel Series

I started off 2020 with a 4 day tip to Budapest, Hungary! Luckily too because it was my last international trip before Covid-19 hit! We saw a lot of Budapest in 4 days, from Christmas markets to Medieval restaurants, castles and thermal baths!

We actually flew on New Years day and I tell you it was the perfect way to start off the new year! We spent our first day exploring the Christmas markets and it was quite lucky because it was the last day before they closed!

On our second day, we crossed the Danube river, over to Buda, the ‘wealthy’ part of Budapest. We went on a tour of Fisherman’s Bastion, Buda Castle, Matthias’ Church! We also visited Harry Houdini’s Museum, did you know he was Hungarian?

The highlight of our third day was going to a themed Medieval restaurant! Complete with entertainment and also having to eat with our hands! It was an interesting experience!

On our last day, we took it easy and relaxed in the thermal baths. They were warm and relaxing except the part where you have to run from the door to the pool in a swimming costume with -2ΒΊ.

I hope you enjoy this travel series! If so, please consider subscribing to my channel! I have many travel plans once we’re allowed to travel again!

The images are thumbnails from my travel vlogs on Youtube. It's my Budapest travel series. They feature photos taken in Budapest, in front of the houses of parliaments, christmas markets, Buda castle, Fisherman's Bastion, Medieval restaurant, thermal baths and also one of a delicious chimmney cake!
